Prior to founding Redpoint Law, Ben was the Director of Global Employment Law and Employee Relations at Dyson, with responsibility for a team of employment lawyers and ER specialists handling employment issues across 30+ jurisdictions. With stints in-house with BAE Systems and Babcock International under his belt as well, Ben is intimately familiar with the demands placed on in-house Legal and HR teams. Redpoint Law was founded to better service those needs.
Ben works with regional, national and international employers operating across a range of sectors, with particular experience in finance, technology, engineering and retail.
Ben’s practice covers both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. However, he specialises in organisational change programmes, employee relations (both collective and individual) and the development and implementation of employment governance policy and assets.
