About Nick

Nick works extensively in the supply chain, facilities management, retail and fintech sectors. Passionate about client service, Nick works with a full range of companies from early-stage startups to established global PLCs, including several household names.

Nick handles both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and has broad experience across the spectrum of employment law issues, with particular expertise in employment litigation, advisory services and knowledge management, including the design and delivery of HR training programmes. He has successfully managed and advocated the defence of claims of unfair dismissal, and complex discrimination, employment status and whistleblowing cases.

Nick was previously the in-house employment counsel for TNT (now FedEx) where he was responsible for all employment matters in the UK and Ireland.
